Natasha’s Summer Fruit Sherbert

A perfect afternoon pick-me-up for the whole family to enjoy on a hot summer day! These fruit sherberts are so incredibly easy to whip up in a blender or vitamix! Experiment and make your own creations with any combo or frozen fruit! Add a scoop of your favourite protein powder or collagen for added nutritional benefits! Great as popsicles too!
1 cup frozen pomegranate
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1-2 frozen bananas
½ cup fresh whole coconut milk or other milk of choice
1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder, collagen or grass fed gelatin (optional)
Blend in a high powered blender or vitamix. Top with shredded coconut and or fresh fruit. Serve immediately.
