Blueberry Hemp Overnight Oats

Save time in the mornings with this delicious breakfast recipe that has your health and great taste in mind.

Ingredients:

Wet
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Dry
2 cups oats
3 tbsp. chia seeds
3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Garnish
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 small bananas, sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons Hemp Hearts

Directions:
Blend wet ingredients until smooth.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients then stir in blended wet ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats, divide into 4 bowls or mason jars and top or layer each with ½ banana, 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, ¼ cup blueberries and 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts.
Enjoy! The mixture should keep in the fridge for two to three days if you’re meal prepping!
