Natasha’s Breakfast Crepes (Gluten Free)
Crepes don't have to be intimidating! This easy gluten free crepe recipe will get you hooked, an eye-appealing and delicious treat on the weekends!
1 ½ cups Bob’s Red Mill gluten free flour
½ cup buckwheat flour
½ cup quinoa flour
½ tsp sea salt
6 tbsp melted butter
1 ½ cup almond or rice milk
1 ½ cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. With a hand blender, mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry to liquid ingredients and mix well. Heat coconut oil or butter in a large skillet or crepe pan. Pour in a ladle full of batter. Cook until each side is golden. Serve with fruit, nut butter and/or maple syrup.
