MONTHLY FLYER
Spiced Seed Porridge (Serves 2)
Ingredients:

1 tbsp each: chia, hemp, flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cardamom

½ apple, chopped
-
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1-1 ½ cups water or nut milk
Instructions:

In a pot, combine seeds, spices, chopped apple, and water or nut milk.

Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often until thickened.

Stir in berries and simmer another 5 minutes.

Serve warm.
