Spiced Seed Porridge (Serves 2)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp each: chia, hemp, flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

  • ¼  tsp cardamom 

  • ½  apple, chopped 

  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) 

  • 1-1 ½  cups water or nut milk 

Instructions: 

  1. In a pot, combine seeds, spices, chopped apple, and water or nut milk. 

  1. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often until thickened. 

  1. Stir in berries and simmer another 5 minutes. 

  1. Serve warm. 

*Advance Prep Tip: Pre-mix seed blend and pre-chop apple.
