MONTHLY FLYER
Overnight Oats

1 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp mixed seeds

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other plant-based milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 tsp cinnamon powder

optional: 1 tbsp almond or sunflower butter

dash of sea salt
For Pecan Apple Pie Add:

¼ cup chopped pecans
-
¼-½ cup diced apple
For Berry Pie Add:

½ cup mixed fresh or frozen berries
Instructions:

In a mason jar or container with lid, combine base ingredients and any additional ingredients you desire. Secure with lid and shake well to mix.

Place oatmeal mixture in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours. Enjoy cold or heated on the stove.
