Maple Peanut Energy Bites

These no-bake energy bites are the perfect grab-and-go snack for busy summer days. Combining wholesome oats, natural peanut butter, seeds and crunchy roasted beans, they provide the ideal balance of protein, healthy fats and fibre to keep you energized on the trail, at the beach or between activities.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup Nuts to You natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped Yupik almonds
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts, lightly crushed
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Chill for 20 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
