Dark Chocolate Pistachio Green Energy Bites
A nourishing snack that feels like a treat. These no-bake bites combine healthy fats, fibre, greens, and rich dark chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup pistachios or almonds
- ½ cup dates, packed
- 1 cup spinach or kale (packed)
- 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- ¼ cup melted Camino baking chocolate
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add oats and nuts to a food processor and pulse.
- Add dates, greens, nut butter, coconut, chocolate, and salt.
- Process until mixture sticks together.
- Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
