Dark Chocolate Pistachio Green Energy Bites

A nourishing snack that feels like a treat. These no-bake bites combine healthy fats, fibre, greens, and rich dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup pistachios or almonds
  • ½ cup dates, packed
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (packed)
  • 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup melted Camino baking chocolate
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add oats and nuts to a food processor and pulse.
  2. Add dates, greens, nut butter, coconut, chocolate, and salt.
  3. Process until mixture sticks together.
  4. Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
