Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
6 oz fat free Greek yogurt or vegan coconut yogurt (plain or vanilla)
3/4 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 ripe medium banana
1 scoop VegeGreens powder
1 tbsp sweetened shredded unsweetened coconut
handful of spinach or kale (optional)
1 1/2 tsp mixed seeds (hemp, flax, chia)
Water or Ice if needed
Directions:
