Sproos Turmeric Anti-inflammatory Warmer Recipe
As we age, aches and pains seem to inevitably set in, but there are things we can do to prevent and heal joint issues. A good regular dose of anti-inflammatory turmeric and soothing ginger is a great place to start.
1 scoop Sproos Grass Fed Collagen
1 cup hot water
2cm nub fresh ginger root
2cm nub fresh turmeric root
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 1/2 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch cardamom
Boil water then allow to cool slightly. Add all ingredients to the blender and wiz until smooth. Be careful that the lid is firmly on the blender (we like to hold it on tight with a an oven mitt for added protection from any hot drops that may escape) and be careful of any hot stem when you open the blender. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy as you wind down.
