Ingredients:
2lb Fresh Asparagus
1/4 cup Artisana Organic Raw Almond Butter
1/4 cup Butter (or substitute)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Cook asparagus in boiling salted water until tender; drain well.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Add almond butter and cook until golden brown (6 or 7 min). Remove from heat; add lemon juice and salt.
Pour sauce over hot cooked asparagus, and serve.
