Ingredients:

• 2 scoops Organic Whey Protein (Vanilla)
• 1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
• ¾ cup skim milk
• 3 egg whites
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
• Sliced strawberries or blueberries

Directions:

Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer in a large bowl. Heat skillet and cook pancakes on each side until golden brown. Serve with fruit, syrup or your favourite topping.
