Join Chef and Holistic Nutritionist Tanya as she switches up the classic Thanksgiving dinner into something a little more modern and healthy. In this 2-hour workshop Tanya will show you how to make a Thanksgiving dinner that can be adapted to being Vegetarian or Paleo. Recipes are included.
On the menu she will demonstrate the following for the class to sample:

Throughout her years behind the stove, Tanya has dedicated much of her time to forming relationships with farmers and educating people on the importance of supporting our local food growers and makers. As an educator, Tanya has been teaching cooking classes for over 17 years at various locations including Soupçon, Algonquin College and the Urban Element and hopes to continue inspiring people to cook and eat healthy.
