Simple Guacamole
This fresh and creamy guacamole is a quick, nourishing staple made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients. Ripe avocado is blended with bright lemon or lime juice, garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt for a smooth, flavorful dip that pairs with almost anything. Rich in healthy fats, fiber, and satisfying flavor, it’s perfect as a snack, spread, topping, or side for bowls, wraps, tacos, and fresh vegetables.
2-3 ripe avocados
juice of half to one whole lemon (depending on size) or 1-2 limes
1 tsp garlic powder
dash of cumin powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mash avocado with a fork or process in a food processor. Add other ingredients and mix well.
