Sunflower butter or other nut/seed butter
1 large apple, cored and sliced into 6 rings
Pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Spread SunButter on an apple slice, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Top with another apple slice. Repeat using remaining apple slices.
