Chia Pudding

This simple chia pudding is a nourishing make-ahead breakfast or snack that comes together in minutes. As the chia seeds soak, they create a creamy pudding-like texture rich in fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based omega-3s to support steady energy and fullness. Lightly flavored with vanilla and a touch of natural sweetness, it’s delicious on its own or topped with fresh berries, cinnamon, or fruit. Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or a wholesome anytime treat.  Makes 2-3 servings

• ½ cup chia seeds 
• 2 cups coconut or almond milk 
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 
• Drizzle of maple syrup or honey 

Instructions:  
1. Mix ingredients in a glass bowl or mason jar with a lid.   
2. Refrigerate overnight 
3. Optional:  Add fresh berries, cinnamon or fruit in the morning and enjoy!
