2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla or plain milk of choice (coconut, cashew, oat)
6-12 ice cubes to chill
Toppings of choice: shredded coconut, berries, pomegranate, or fresh fruit, seeds, cinnamon, fresh mint leaves, orange zest
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Chill and eat within 4 hours.
3. Serve alone or layered with chia pudding or overnight oats.
