Base Ingredients
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
6 tbsp mixed seeds
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond or oat milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp cinnamon powder
dash of sea salt
For Apple Pecan Pie Add:
¼-½ cup diced apple and an extra dash of cinnamon
¼ cup chopped pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup
For Tropical Berry Add:
½ cup mixed fresh or frozen berries and a sprinkle of shredded coconut
In a mason jar or container with a lid, combine base ingredients. Secure lid and shake well to mix. Place oatmeal mixture in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours. Add additional toppings to base before refrigerating OR when ready to serve depending on preference. Enjoy overnight oats cold or warmed on the stove.
