Ingredients:
2 Cans Safe Catch Elite Wild Tuna
1 Ripe Avocado
6 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Head Romaine Lettuce
1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Separate 6 romaine lettuce leaves, rinse and shake off residual water
Open each can of Safe Catch Elite Wild Tuna (Do not drain), flake with a fork until all liquid is absorbed by the tuna, empty into a medium mixing bowl
Knife Work: Halve lemon and juice into medium mixing bowl, peel and cube one avocado into bowl
Gently fold ingredients until all are combined
Salt & pepper to taste
Spoon avocado tuna salad into romaine lettuce leaves
Sprinkle toasted almond on top of tuna salad
