Homemade Dairy-Free Strawberry Milk

This refreshing drink combines the natural sweetness of ripe strawberries with the smooth, nutty flavor of Ripple Kids' pea milk, making it the perfect dairy-free alternative for all ages. With its rich, velvety texture and subtle, fruity taste, this dairy-free milk is not only a treat for the whole family but also an excellent source of protein and essential nutrients. Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Ripple kids Unsweetened Milk
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, coconut sugar, and water. Bring to a low boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the strawberry syrup into a cup. Discard strawberries.
  3. Mix 3 tablespoons of the syrup into the milk. Shake or stir until well combined. Add more syrup to taste.
