Liver Loving Salad
Support your liver and clear out excess hormones by loading up on liver-loving cruciferous vegetables. This scrumptious salad containing broccoli and cabbage is right on track! Great fresh or to take to work the next day. So yummy tossed with homemade vinaigrette!
Salad Ingredients:

3 cups chopped brocolli
1 cup finely chopped or shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Creamy Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients:
Blend:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup coconut vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 fresh and ripe avocado
1-2 cloves garlic salt and pepper to taste
