You can't go wrong with this authentic, simple, fresh, easy-to-make guacamole recipe that incorporates fresh, high-quality ingredients.  All you need is avocados, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, cumin and salt. This recipe can be whipped up in 5 minutes and enjoyed with your favourite healthy tortilla chip!

2-3 avocados
1/3 red onion diced
2 tbsp squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced or ½ tsp garlic powder
dash of cumin
salt & pepper

Optional topping:  Fresh cilantro

Simply smash ingredients in a bowl and enJOY!
