See It, Make It: This quick avocado recipe is sinfully delicious and nutritious. Loaded with healthy monounsaturated fat, nutrients and phytochemicals making an exceptionally creamy and healthful snack.
Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp raw cacoa powder
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
3 packets of stevia powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla or plain milk of choice (coconut, rice, nut)
6 ice cubes to chill
Directions:Blend all ingredients. Chill and eat within 4 hours. Serve alone or with fresh fruit or granola.
