1 tbsp Dijon or spicy brown mustard or 1 tsp mustard powder

1 clove garlic, minced

LEMON TAHIINI DRESSING
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water (or more to thin)
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper
CILANTRO, LIME AVOCADO DRESSING
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1 avocado, ripe, pitted and removed from shell
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper
