These plant-based fishless tacos feature crispy Gardein® Fishless Filets in warm tortillas with homemade vegan jalapeno crema, crisp cabbage, avocado and cilantro. Perfect for any summer meal!
1/2 cup Vegan Dressing & Sandwich Spread or choice
2 tablespoons brine from Jalapeno Slices
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 pkg (10.1 oz each) Gardein® Golden Fishless Filets
12 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
Stir together vegan mayo, jalapeño brine, garlic powder, chipotle powder, dried dill, and lime juice in a small bowl. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
Cook fishless filets according to package directions.
Cut fishless filets in half and place in tortillas, using 2 for each taco. Top with cabbage, cilantro, avocado and crema. Enjoy!
