Warm Apple Pie Porridge

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milled buckwheat (or rolled oats)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or plant-based milk of choice
1 small apple, diced
3 Tbsp Natasha’s Mighty Seed Mix
3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp walnut or pecan pieces
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
Pinch sea salt
Directions:

In a small pot, combine almond milk, buckwheat (or oats), diced apple, cinnamon, and sea salt.

Simmer gently for 6–8 minutes, stirring often until creamy.
