Morning Ritual: Calm & Clarity Elixir
A soothing, alkalizing elixir to awaken digestion and hydrate adrenal tissues after sleep. Gentle warmth, minerals, and citrus help re-set cortisol rhythm, reduce morning brain fog and inflammation, support digestion and elimination, and restore calm focus.
Ingredients (Single Serving):
1 cup warm water (or bone broth)
Juice of 1/3 lemon
1 tsp apple-cider vinegar
Pinch sea salt
2–3 x 1” slices fresh ginger

Directions (Daily Use):

Warm water (do not boil).

Add all ingredients and stir well.

Sip slowly first thing in the morning before food or caffeine.
5-Day Concentrated Batch (Make-Ahead Option):
Juice of 2 lemons
5 tsp apple-cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
5-6 x 1” thinly sliced fresh ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon 5-6 tsp honey
2.5-3 cups hot (not boiling) water

2.5-3 cups hot (not boiling) water

Blend well and let steep for 20–30 minutes.

Pour into silicone ice-cube trays & Freeze overnight. (freezes up to 4 weeks)

Each morning, dissolve 1-2 cubes in a cup of hot water (or bone broth) and enjoy.
