Chia pudding:
¼ cup whole chia seeds
1 cup coconut or almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup or a dash of stevia
Add all ingredients together, mix well and leave in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight
Natasha's Decadent Avo-Cacao Mousse
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla or plain milk of choice (coconut, rice, nut)
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla plant-based protein (optional)
6-12 ice cubes to chill
Blend all ingredients. Chill and eat within 4 hours.

¼ cup hemp seeds
Place sliced bananas inside jar, then layer the two puddings. Garnish with vegan chocolate, shredded coconut, hemp seeds and/or melted vegan chocolate drizzle.
