We all know that excessive stress can lead to mental health issues, poor sleep, impulsive eating, exhaustion and illness.  We also know that managing stress is critical for mental, emotional and physical well-being.  Most of us are familiar with several self-care practices that help cultivate a more holistic, harmonious life. Yet a large percentage of the population remains caught in a vicious cycle of high stress.  Join Holistic Nutritionist Natasha Villeneuve, for a two-hour evening experience filled with practical nutrition and lifestyle practices that support a more balanced, centered, harmonious lifestyle.

With over twenty years in the health and wellness industry, Natasha has gained a positive reputation within the community as a nutritional consultant, speaker, Nia teacher and workshop facilitator and has provided nutrition and health presentations for various businesses, corporations and events. Natasha's main focus and interest are in the areas of digestion, detoxification, women’s health, mindfulness, movement, mental health, gluten free & dairy free eating.
