Pamela was born and raised in Germany and moved to Canada in 2010 to join her husband and start her family. Struggling with postpartum depression, experiencing overwhelm with a colicky baby, receiving a diagnosis of a thyroid autoimmune condition called Hashimoto’s, Pamela quickly realized that she needed to take care of herself to support her family. It was through her own healing journey that Pamela discovered the power of food and mindset in healing. She found her true passion as an advocate for those with autoimmune conditions. She attended night classes at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition after her second child was born. Pamela graduated as a registered holistic nutritionist (R.H.N) in 2017, and has since launched her private practice to support others struggling with autoimmune conditions.
