Apr 20-May 3: NFP Community 14-Day Online Whole Foods Detox
A Functional Nutrition Reset for Energy, Digestion & Healing
This 14-day detox and cleanse is designed to do one simple but powerful thing:
Reduce the body’s workload while increasing its access to healing nutrients.

When you spend a day working in the yard... sweaty, dusty, covered in soil, you take a shower. Not because your body is “bad,” but because it feels good to rinse off what has accumulated.
In the same way, modern life exposes us to highly processed foods, additives, alcohol, environmental toxins, and chronic stress. Over time, this can create congestion and strain within the body’s systems.
Yes, your liver, kidneys, digestive tract, skin, lungs, and lymphatic system are designed to detoxify. But like any hardworking system, they function best when:
- Their load is reduced
- Their nutrient needs are met
- They’re given focused support
This program uses real, whole foods as medicine to:
- Support liver and digestive function
- Reduce inflammation and stagnation
- Improve energy, mental clarity, and mood
- Encourage hormonal balance
- Restore a sense of ease in the body
This is not a deprivation-based diet.
It is a short-term, focused reset.
Think of it as a spa break for your physiology... a two-week retreat where your body can shift from constant processing and coping into repair, regulation, and renewal.

Participants often report:
- Increased vitality and clearer thinking
- Improved digestion and reduced bloating
- Less joint pain and inflammation
- More stable energy and mood
- Reduced cravings for processed foods
- A renewed desire to eat in alignment with nature
