Natasha Onley CNP is a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Chef with a passion for sharing delicious and nutritious food with others. After successfully completing the intensive culinary program at Humber College in 2006, Natasha grew increasingly interested in nutrition and the importance of not only flavour, but the quality of foods for optimal health. Graduating with first class honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2012, Natasha then joined the vibrant team at Caven Nutrition Group in Ottawa as the Family & Sports Nutritionist. She is currently a busy at-home mama to her little daughter.
