Note:  Participants will be invited to do some very gentle yoga. If possible, please have 2 small cushions, a thin pillow, a blanket, yoga mat and yoga block (the last two items are not essential).

Lori Chamberland has been practicing and teaching a variety of relaxation techniques since 1985. She is the founder of Balance Relaxation Therapy and has taught workshops on insomnia and meditation for over two decades. She has produced several meditation MP3s and has a line of jewelry to assist with meditation. She holds a degree in recreation and is an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Relaxation Therapist and Reflexologist. You can learn more about Lori at
