Peach and Strawberry Bruschetta (GF)

This fresh and flavourful bruschetta pairs toasted O'Doughs Sandwich bread with creamy cranberry goat cheese, a balsamic strawberry-peach topping, and fresh basil. Perfect for a light appetizer or summer snack.

4x O'Doughs Original Sandwhich Bread, drizzled with olive oil and toasted

10 (approx) Strawberries, hulled and cut into small cubes

3 Peaches, peeled if desired and cut into small cubes

1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1 pkg cranberry goat or cashew cheese

1 cup fresh basil, cut into slivers

  1. Cut each slice of toasted bread into halves lengthwise
  2. Generously spread goat cheese onto each slice
  3. Top with strawberry mixture and garnish with basil
