Mini Pizza Bagels (with ODough’s GF Bagels)

These Mini Pizza Bagels are a fun, kid-friendly twist on a classic! Made with ODough’s gluten-free bagels, each bite is loaded with savory tomato sauce, melty cheese (dairy or Daiya), and colorful toppings like peppers, olives, or turkey slices. Perfect for lunchboxes or after-school snacks, they’re quick to prepare, easy to customize, and guaranteed to please picky eaters while keeping things healthy and allergy-friendly.  They are even freezer-friendly!

  • 1 ODough’s GF bagel, halved

  • 2-3 Tbsp pizza or tomato sauce

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese or vegan cheese like Daiya or Violife

  • Toppings: chopped peppers, mushrooms, olives, or turkey slices

  • dried garlic, oregano and basil (optional) 

Instructions:

  1. Spread sauce over bagel halves.  Sprinkle with herbs

  2. Top with cheese and veggies/meat.

  3. Bake or toast until cheese melts. Cool before packing or freezing.
