A central part of this work is reconnecting you with your own internal awareness. Alongside clear guidance and structure, we support you in learning how to listen to your body, recognize patterns, and build trust in what you need. 

Digestive function is often at the core of this process. When digestion and detoxification pathways are working well, the body is far better able to regulate inflammation, hormones, energy, and overall resilience. Supporting these systems is often a key turning point in improving health more broadly. 

How We Work Together

We begin with a structured and thoughtful process so that your plan is based on real insight, not guesswork. 

Before your first session, you’ll complete your Health Story along with a 5-Day Nourishment & Awareness Tracker. This gives a clear picture of your current patterns in digestion, energy, mood, and symptoms. 

Your Root & Reveal Foundations Session (90 minutes) is a focused deep dive. We’ll spend the first part of our time walking through your history, identifying patterns, and clarifying your priorities. After a short break, we come back together to map out your next steps with practical, personalized recommendations. 

Within two business days, you’ll receive your Personalized Wellness Plan. This includes nutrition guidance, targeted supplements where appropriate, and lifestyle strategies... all organized in a clear, manageable way. 

From there, Integration & Momentum Sessions provide the structure and support needed to follow through. This is where we refine your plan, navigate challenges, and build consistency so that progress becomes sustainable.

Our approach leans strongly on functional nutrition and science, while recognizing that real, lasting change requires a more complete view of the body and how we live. 

You can expect clear, practical recommendations grounded in physiology and research. At the same time, we integrate a more holistic lens—considering stress, nervous system regulation, behavior patterns, and your individual capacity for change. 

Rather than handing you a rigid plan to follow, we work with you to build something realistic and adaptable. We will guide you with questions, observations, and education so that you’re not only following recommendations, you’re understanding why they matter and how to adjust them over time.

Natasha Villeneuve is a Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Education Lead at Natural Food Pantry, and Nia instructor with over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Her work is grounded in a deep respect for both science and the body’s natural intelligence. 

Over the years, she has guided individuals, led workshops, and spoken at community and corporate events, building a reputation for offering clear, thoughtful, and practical guidance. Her areas of focus include digestion, women’s health, inflammation, brain health, metabolic balance, and the connection between nutrition, movement, lifestyle and overall well-being. 

Natasha’s approach is both structured and intuitive. She places strong emphasis on supporting digestive function and the body’s core systems, recognizing that when these foundations are working well, many other aspects of health begin to shift. At the same time, she encourages clients to reconnect with their own internal awareness, creating a process that is not only effective, but sustainable and personally meaningful.
