Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish of fermented vegetables, Ocean’s Halo combines traditional ingredients like gochugaru chilis, garlic, and onion. This kimchi is shredded which makes it more easily used as a topping, side dish, or in soups, stews, and fried rice.
