Ingredients per 1 teaspoon (5 ml):
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake, Fruiting body) .....1000 mg

Additional Ingredients: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate.

Suggested serving: Adults: Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) three times per day. May be taken with or without food. For palatability, required dosage may be taken with a small quantity of honey. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use. Shake well before use.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners (anti-coagulants). Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Do not use if security seal is broken.
