The buckwheat oaf is an interesting and gluten-free alternative to traditional oatmeal flakes. Ideal for making croustases, cookies, muffins and more! Ingredients:

Organic Saracen 100% Canadian. Without peanuts. Nuts, eggs, milk, sesame, corn or mustard.

Instructions for use:

Bring 1 1/2 cup (350 ml) of water to a boil. Pour 1/3 cup (80 ml) of buckwheat gray. Reduce the fire to a minimum and mix. Simmer 6 to 8 minutes stirring from time to time to the desired texture. Serve with yogurt and jam or decorate with fresh or dried milk and fruit. Give 2 servings.
