Nourish & Rise began in Feb as a 28-day immersive journey of mini morning rituals designed to help people reconnect with nourishment, regulate their nervous systems, and restore steady energy. What unfolded was more than a program, it became a rhythm.
Participants shared that they didn’t want the morning emails, meditations, and somatic movement practices to end. They valued the consistency. The gentle accountability. The feeling of beginning their day grounded and intentional.
From that momentum, this Continuum was born.
What Is The Continuum?
The Continuum is a lighter, sustainable monthly membership designed to support steady energy, mindful nourishment, and embodied movement through simple, repeatable morning rituals. It is open to both returning participants and new members.

Natasha is dedicated to educating, guiding and empowering people toward optimal health and well-being. With over twenty years in the health and wellness industry, Natasha has gained a positive reputation within the community as a nutritional consultant, speaker, Nia teacher and workshop facilitator and has provided nutrition and health presentations for various businesses, corporations and events. Natasha's main focus and interest are in the areas of digestion, women’s health, mindful eating, movement, and brain health.
