Apple Cider Vinaigrette
A bright, tangy dressing with apple cider vinegar, Dijon, ginger, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for leafy greens, grain salads, slaws, and roasted vegetables.

Creamy Tahini Dill Dressing
Rich, creamy, and fresh with tahini, lemon, garlic, and dill. Delicious on salads, bowls, steamed vegetables, falafel, or as a dip.

Cilantro Lime Avocado Dressing
Smooth and vibrant with avocado, coconut milk, lime, and cilantro. Ideal for taco bowls, Mexican-inspired salads, wraps, grilled veggies, or drizzling over proteins.

RECIPES

Apple Cider Vinaigrette 

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon or spicy brown mustard or 1 tsp mustard powder 

2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 

1 inch fresh ginger , minced or grated (about 1 tablespoon) 

1 clove garlic, minced 

salt & pepper 

 

Creamy Tahini Dill Dressing 

1/2 cup raw tahini

1/4 cup water , plus more as needed to thin 

3 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

1 clove garlic , minced 

1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar 

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt , plus more to taste 

1 large handful fresh dill , finely chopped (stems removed) 

 

Cilantro Lime Avocado Dressing 

1/4 cup coconut milk  

1/4 cup water 

1 avocado, ripe, pitted and removed from shell 

1 tbsp. lime juice 

1/4 c. cilantro, chopped fine 

1 garlic clove, minced 

salt and pepper 

water if needed 

 

Whisk ingredients or shake in a bottle and refrigerate.
