Fresh Pressed Detox Juices

Fresh juice can be a powerful addition to your detox. They deliver hydration, phytonutrients, minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds in an easy-to-digest form, making it a wonderful choice when you want to feel lighter, energized, and nourished. 

Juicing can also be a simple way to increase your intake of vegetables, herbs, and detox-supportive foods such as celery, cucumber, greens, lemon, ginger, parsley, beets, turmeric, and fennel. 

HOW TO USE THESE JUICES 

  • Breakfast Option: A 10 oz juice paired with a small handful of nuts or seeds (walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts) can make a refreshing, light breakfast. 

  • Snack Option: A smaller 6 oz juice can be enjoyed as a mid-morning or afternoon snack if you choose another breakfast. 

BEST WHEN FRESHFresh juice is best made and consumed daily for maximum nutrient value and flavor. If needed, store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours. 

NO JUICER? USE A VITAMIX OR NINJA 

Blend ingredients with ½–1 cup water. Enjoy as a fiber-rich smoothie or strain for a juice-like texture. Blender versions typically make a larger portion than juiced versions Reduce ingredients by 25% for a smaller portion.  Particularly ginger, citrus. 

  1. Add all ingredients to blender 

  1. Add ½–1 cup water to help blend.  

  1. Blend until smooth.  

  1. Enjoy as-is for extra fiber or strain through a nut milk bag / fine mesh strainer for a smoother juice texture.  

Bonus:  Keeping the fiber makes it more filling and helps support blood sugar balance.

FRESH JUICE RECIPES 

Each recipe makes approximately 1 serving (10 oz). Double ingredients if making for 2 servings.   Wash all produce well, peel when necessary. Optional Dilute your juices with up to equal amount of clean, filtered water. 

Green Glow Juice 

  • 2 celery stalks  

  • ½ cucumber  

  • 1 green apple  

  • handful spinach or dandelion greens 

  • ½ lemon (peeled)  

  • 1-inch ginger (optional) 

  • Small handful parsley  

Benefits: Hydrating, mineral-rich, alkalizing refreshing. 

Beet Balance Juice 

  • 1 small beet  

  • 2-3 carrots  

  • 2 celery stalks  

  • ½ lemon  

  • 1-inch ginger  

  • Few mint leaves  

Benefits Supports circulation, vitality, gentle liver support. 

Spring Cleanse Juice 

  • ½ cucumber  

  • 2 celery stalks  

  • Small wedge fennel bulb  

  • Handful parsley  

  • 1 apple  

  • ½ lemon  

Benefits Great for digestion, bloating, hydration. 

Golden Reset Juice 

  • 2-3 carrots  

  • 2 stalks celery 

  • 1 inch piece fresh turmeric  

  • 1-inch ginger  

  • ½ lemon  

  • 1 inch round of pineapple 

Benefits:  Anti-inflammatory, immune supportive. 

Deep Green Detox Juice 

  • ½ cucumber  

  • 2 celery stalks  

  • handful spinach, or dandelion greens 

  • Small handful kale  

  • ½ lemon or lime 

  • 1-inch ginger  

  • Small handful cilantro  

Benefits:  Chlorophyll-rich, cellular cleansing, energizing. 

Fresh Start Juice 

  • 2 celery stalks  

  • ½ cucumber  

  • 2 romaine leaves  

  • 1 ripe pear  

  • ½ lemon  

  • Few mint leaves  

Benefits:  Light, refreshing, spring reset. 

Tummy Help 

  • 1 inch round of pineapple or papaya 

  • ¼ small red or green cabbage 

  • 1 beet 

  • 2 carrots 

  • Handful spinach or watercress 

  • ½ lemon 

Benefits:  Bloating, Digestion, Liver and Bowel Support
