Fresh Pressed Detox Juices
Fresh juice can be a powerful addition to your detox. They deliver hydration, phytonutrients, minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds in an easy-to-digest form, making it a wonderful choice when you want to feel lighter, energized, and nourished.
Juicing can also be a simple way to increase your intake of vegetables, herbs, and detox-supportive foods such as celery, cucumber, greens, lemon, ginger, parsley, beets, turmeric, and fennel.
HOW TO USE THESE JUICES
-
Breakfast Option: A 10 oz juice paired with a small handful of nuts or seeds (walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts) can make a refreshing, light breakfast.
-
Snack Option: A smaller 6 oz juice can be enjoyed as a mid-morning or afternoon snack if you choose another breakfast.
BEST WHEN FRESH: Fresh juice is best made and consumed daily for maximum nutrient value and flavor. If needed, store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours.
NO JUICER? USE A VITAMIX OR NINJA
Blend ingredients with ½–1 cup water. Enjoy as a fiber-rich smoothie or strain for a juice-like texture. Blender versions typically make a larger portion than juiced versions. Reduce ingredients by 25% for a smaller portion. Particularly ginger, citrus.
-
Add all ingredients to blender.
-
Add ½–1 cup water to help blend.
-
Blend until smooth.
-
Enjoy as-is for extra fiber or strain through a nut milk bag / fine mesh strainer for a smoother juice texture.
Bonus: Keeping the fiber makes it more filling and helps support blood sugar balance.
CONVENIENT OPTION: Natural Food Pantry carries Greenhouse fresh bottled juices, which can also be included when you want a quick grab-and-go option.
