Curried Salmon Spread
1 can wild caught salmon
¼ cup plain unsweetened yogurt or mayo
1 green onion chopped finely
1 stalk celery diced finely
1 carrot shredded
½ tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tsp mustard
Mix ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate.
Serve with crackers within 2 days .
