Green Mango Smoothie Bowl
Hello, beautiful! Green smoothies are a great way to pack in the nutrients without sacrificing flavor. This one comes to us from Another Hungry Vegan, and we can’t wait to make it again, and again!
Yields: 2 Servings
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Blend
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 pitted dates (optional)
- chia seeds, hemp seeds, buckwheat and/or dried fruit for topping
Blend all smoothie ingredients until you end up with a thick and creamy mixture (Add a little more liquid if your blender is having any trouble with blending the frozen fruit).
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite seeds and some dried or freshly sliced fruit.
Enjoy with a spoon!
