Camino Double chocolate chip cookies

These Double Chocolate Chip Cookies are pure cocoa bliss — crisp at the edges, soft and fudgy in the middle, and packed with melty chocolate chips. Made with rich Camino cocoa and organic chocolate, every bite delivers deep, velvety flavour and just the right sweetness. Bake them up to fill your kitchen with irresistible chocolatey aroma, and good luck stopping at just one!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. While oven is preheating, spread walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 5 to 10 minutes, watching carefully.
  3. Cream together Camino whole brown sugar and butter, then mix in hot water and egg.
  4. Stir together flour, sifted Camino cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder until well-combined.  Mix in, then mix in Camino semi-sweet chocolate chips and walnuts.
  5. Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Cool on wire racks.
  7. Enjoy!
