This gorgeous strawberry beet smoothie has only 5 base, real food ingredients – strawberries, beets, bananas, flaxseed and oat milk.  Optional:  Enhance the power of this recipe by adding maca and sweeten it with a dash of maple syrup. It’s a fast and easy way to get antioxidants, phytonutrients and energy enhancing nutrition into your diet!

Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries
1 cup sliced beets
1 cup frozen bananas
1 tablespoon flax seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon Maca powder
1 1/2 cups Oat milk

Directions:
Place all your smoothie ingredients in a blender, pulse and mix until smooth.
Pour in cups and serve.
