Stuffed Sweet Potato Patties with Avocado & Kombucha Balsamic Dressing

- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup flour (optional, for binding)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup Biora's Kombucha Balsamic Dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive or coconut oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro
