Stuffed Sweet Potato Patties with Avocado & Kombucha Balsamic Dressing

These crispy sweet potato patties, enhanced by the creaminess of avocado and the rich flavors of Biora's Kombucha Balsamic Dressing, offer a perfect blend of textures and tastes. A simple yet elegant dish ideal for a brunch or light dinner.

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
  •  1 ripe avocado, sliced
  •  1/4 cup flour (optional, for binding)
  •  1 beaten egg
  •  1/2 cup Biora's Kombucha Balsamic Dressing
  •  2 tablespoons olive or coconut oil for frying
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Fresh cilantro

 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the grated sweet potatoes with the beaten egg, flour (if needed for binding), salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Form patties from the sweet potato mixture and place them in the skillet. Flatten them slightly with a spatula.

  3. Cook each patty for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.

  4. Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest on paper towels.

  5. Serve the hot patties topped with fresh avocado slices and generously drizzled with Biora's Kombucha Balsamic Dressing.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro on top.
