In the Community: Gaia Wellness Retreat & Classes

At Gaia Wellness we believe people are looking for something more: Happiness and peace that is cultivated through community and friendships.  We aim to create and sustain a place where we can laugh, connect with others, connect with ourselves and temporarily disconnect from technology. Gaia Wellness is a place where people can come rejuvenate and renew through a variety of group retreat options, workshops, mini-getaways, yoga & meditation classes and personal retreats. Enjoy a private cabin surrounded by nature. Bring a good book and curl up in a hammock or by the fire. Then maybe go for a hike through 55 acres of pristine woodland in the heart of the Gatineau's. Relax on a sandy beach at the edge of our semi-private lake. Go for a nice swim in the summer, take a tour in a canoe in the fall, go snowshoeing in the winter, or watch all the gardens bloom in the spring. The possibilities are endless… Gaia Wellness Retreat is also very committed to our community which is why we are now Introducing both Adult & Children’s Meditation Classes inside the healing Himalayan Salt Room at Exhalo Spa in Barrhaven! The highly unique Sunday morning Children's Meditation classes and Thursday night Adult classes are led by Billie Lynn; owner of Gaia Wellness Retreat.  Billie is a Certified Yoga Instructor, trained in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha and Yin Yoga as well as Yoga for Addictions. She is passionate about Yoga, Mindfulness & Energy Healing and is a certified Reiki Therapist and Meditation Coach. All are welcome for these mindful introductory Meditation classes and to experience the multiple benefits of Halotherapy. Learn more or book a class under the "Classes" tab.
