Honey Garlic Chicken Breast

Prepare a delicious Honey Garlic Chicken dish in just 12 minutes using this simple recipe featuring Westside’s famous Honey Garlic Sauce. This recipe is perfect for busy nights, utilizing pantry staples to create a quick and flavorful dinner. It's astounding how few ingredients are required to create such a delectable dinner the whole family will love!

BONUS: This can be made with any protein – beef, pork, lamb, shrimp, even tofu!

  • 500g / 1lb chicken breast , boneless and skinless (2 pieces)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter (or 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil)

Cut the breasts in half horizontally to create 4 pieces in total. Sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.

Place flour in a shallow dish. Coat chicken in flour and shake off excess.

Melt most of the butter in a large skillet over high heat – hold back about 1 tsp for later.

Place chicken in skillet and cook for 2 – 3 minutes until golden. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.

Turn heat down slightly to medium high.

Add Westside Honey Garlic Sauce. Stir / shake pan to combine. Bring sauce to simmer, then simmer for 1 minute - sauce slightly thickens.

Turn chicken to coat in sauce.

Remove from stove. Place chicken on plates and drizzle over remaining sauce.
