This chocolate peanut butter cup recipe is delightful, extraordinary and healthy! With your first bite you will experience the creamy yet intense natural flavour of the peanut butter, followed by the rich cocoa flavour of the chocolate and crunch of the cauliflower pretzels. Your taste buds come alive with the fruity notes of the dark chocolate dancing on your tongue as you take the second bite. Love at first bite!
Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Flour
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup
From the Ground Up Cauliflower Pretzel Twists
Dark Chocolate Coating
1.5-2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
1.5-2 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients for the peanut butter centre into a bowl and mix. Shape into flat medium-sized circles.
Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Line cupcake tin with cupcake holders. Pour melted dark chocolate and coconut mixture into cupcake holders to cover the bottom.
Add peanut butter centre circle into the cupcake holders and lightly press down until chocolate slightly covers the sides.
Top this with extra chocolate until the peanut butter centre is no longer visible.
Continue with this until all peanut butter cups are made.
Once completed, place the tray into the fridge for approximately an hour. Once the chocolate has hardened, take out of the cupcake holders and serve!
