I am a compassionate chiropractor, speaker and consumer of all things health, nutrition and fitness. While watching my family’s health deteriorate in my teens, I decided that wasn’t going to be my future and set out to learn exactly what is required to be truly healthy. This passion led me to chiropractic care and ultimately to establishing my practice in Ottawa.  I am passionate about working with people to help them get their health back on track. I love working with pregnant moms and babies, with a special focus on making sure every woman’s body can thrive throughout their entire pregnancy for optimal baby development and birth. Drawing from my own experience overcoming health challenges and my thirst for knowledge, I feel like I am the perfect fit to help transform people’s health from the inside out.
